Thank you to all who has visited Megatripolis over the last three years. And we hope to see you in the future at events that capture the best we had and still have to offer.


The regular Thursday night Megatripolis has finished. The spirit of Megatripolis will continue into the future with special events held to mark special occasions. Come to Hybernation or watch these pages for details of future events.

Hybernation is the Journey on from the incredible Megatripolis, And the second stage in the Dream trilogy. Hybernation is held at Heaven, Charing Cross, every Thursday. Just as Megatripolis was. However Hybernation focuses more on the energy of the music being played and creating an atmosphere. Of Dance, Relaxation, Communicating with old and new friends and talking about the creation of new ideas for the future.

The Energy focuses on experimental high energy trance music on the main floor. This is very new trance music which fuses depth of sound with acid and melogy. It is very fast and helps you release yourself very easily. It is alight energy and is representing kinetic energy.

In the large upstairs bar and dance floor the music is a deep, warm, sexual much slower energy. With the music being old style house on the underground tip.

The upstairs relaxation room we call 'Alchemy' is now ambient until around 1:00 when drummers and all those bringing instruments create their own rhythms, beats and music. The Rhythm of Space Collectove host the room with various friends guesting. And are playing beautiful experimental ambient music; mixing quiet chilled out tracks with music and sounds from all music styles.

The real tribal continuation (holding the magic of trance) is the Navajo people. Graphicly represented on the flyers for Hybernation the Navajo's independance and pride of spitir shines through as the strength holding the unity of a nation together, even though this is a time when many tribes are exploring their own paths.
